There is a $20 deposit required when booking. Cancelling the day of your appointment or no call no shows mean you do not get this deposit back. Anytime 24 hours before your time you will. Day of cancellations or no shows will be charged 5% of that service you booked for, along with the $20 booking fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. I have other clients so please respect my time and theirs. I accept venmo, cashapp or Apple Pay for the deposit.
